1. Who we are

GreenJuce ("we", "us") operates the website greenjuce.shop. GreenJuce is currently run by an individual, not yet a registered company — full legally required contact details are on our Impressum page.

2. Orders

By placing an order you make an offer to buy the listed products at the listed price. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock) and will refund any payment already taken in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

5. Returns & refunds

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Because our products are fresh, perishable food, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a product has been delivered (Article 16(d), Directive 2011/83/EU).

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
